We accept all returns/exchanges within 14 business days from the date that the product was delivered. Duvaileon is NOT responsible for shipping charges for refunds/exchanges, this should be covered by the customer.
The product should not be altered, washed or worn and a proof of purchase must also be shown to receive a refund/exchange. Product should be sent back in its original condition, packaging and tags in order to receive a refund/exchange.
Using the return address provided on the packaging, resend the package.
Once the package is received there will be an automatic refund sent to the method of payment that the customer used.
