When will I receive my order from the Handmade Collection ?
Items from the Handmade Collection are made to order, so please be patient. The Delivery time will approximately be between 9-12 business days.
Tracking My Order
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer via email with the order number/ID. Once the order ships, the customer will receive another email consisting of the tracking number.
Check the spam folder if you do not see the confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, then the email address you entered is incorrect or the order did not go through. Email us at contact@duvaileon.com to address this.
